Subclass 489 - Subsequent Entrant Pathway

The Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa allows skilled workers live and work in specified regional areas of Australia for up to four years.

Subsequent Entrant Pathway

To qualify for the subsequent entrant pathway, you must:

• Be one of the members of the family unit of a subclass 475, 489, 495 or 496 visa holder
• If you are in Australia when you lodge your application you must hold a substantive visa or a subclass 010 Bridging A visa, a subclass 020 Bridging B visa or a subclass 030 Bridging C visa.
