Entrepreneur ActivitiesAt the time that you lodge your application, you must have demonstrated that you have a successful record of undertaking entrepreneurial activities in Australia while you held your subclass 188 visa in the Entrepreneur stream. NOTES: The success of your entrepreneurial activity will be measured be a number of ‘success factors’, including (but not limited to): employment of Australians; annual turnover; receipt of ongoing funding/investment; filing or acquisition of a patent; entry into partnership with a university; and sale of the venture. Entrepreneurial activities must NOT be related to residential real estate, labour hire or the purchase of an existing enterprise or franchise in Australia. |
